Christina Ballard
Principal Consultant

Daisy
Social Director
Meet Daisy, our Social Director.
Her policy is simple: If she’s not on the screen, the meeting isn’t official. She handles morale, naps, and camera checks. Treats negotiated separately.

Dusty
Security Officer
Intimidation via size, rapid response to feather wands, and perimeter defense. Note: While Dusty is fully capable of protecting the office, he prefers to do so by playing.
Christina holds a Master of Arts in Communication Studies and spent over a decade developing Communication Studies curricula in higher education.
She previously worked as a lobbyist, union leader, and director of a nonprofit where she gained an appreciation for how policy, persuasion and collaboration work to drive social change.
Now, she uses those skills to help mission-driven leaders build infrastructure that lasts and plan for maximum impact.
She is the Vice Chair of the City of Salem, OR, Human Rights Commission and serves on the CASA of Marion County Board of Directors.
She continues to teach in the Masters of Public Administration program at Claremont Lincoln University.
